    Unique item. No markings that I can see unlike later versions of this toy that have a no.15 mark on side. Found in antique shop and I was going to touch up the painting but never got around to it. Item has scuffs and marks. Inside of cup is worn and could use work. Not mint, which is why I’m not asking more. Wheels work. Original string shows age and ball.
