Has a couple of scratches mainly on the edges of the face – see photos.
I had this unit rebuilt with all new belts and cleaned a few years ago. This was one of my favorites. Used very little.
ALL functions tested and work. I hear no static when changing the volume, DOLBY, tape direction, AM / FM / FM Stereo, radio tunes in great with many stations, I plugged a portable equalizer into this and it sounded better without the equalizer!
TESTED WITH A CASSETTE TAPE – Many sellers do not do this. If you are buying this you want it to play cassettes. All cassette functions and speed work well. Music on cassette was fantastic.
While I cannot guarantee this vintage walkman will continue to perform as it does today, I have tested this and everything works.
Too many radios and players in my collection. TIME to let someone else enjoy.
