Vintage Moser Art Glass Vase With Ruby Panels And Filagree Gilt Decoration

Moser (?) Bohemian Art Glass cased overlay vase with 10 ruby red glass panels outlined in filagree/gilt decoration. The red glass is overlaid and cut back to a clear glass body. A finely detailed gilt /gold filagree surrounds each panel alternating with two different designs. The vase measures 4 1/2" high with a top diameter of 4 1/4" and the base diameter of 2 1/2". The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are scratches on the bottom, consistent with age.
