VINTAGE MILKOSE MALTED MILK CANISTER WITN COBALT LETTERING UNDER GLASS

Description

This auction features a VINTAGE MILKOSE MALTED MILK CANISTER LETTERING UNDER GLASS.
With the domed aluminum lid this canister stands 9 1/2 inches tall, see photos  # # 1- # 4.The base is 5 3/4 inches in diameter,see photo # 8, and the mouth of the container is 4 1/2 inches in diameter . See photo # 7.
The domed lid is 5 3/4 inches in diameter, see photo # 10, and it has a height of  3 1/2 inches, see photo
# 9.
The glass canisters most unusual feature is the cobalt blue block lettering.The lettering is not painted on both sides of the canister,it is cobalt glass letters,that are molted onto the sides of the canister. See photos  #  2 and # 6.
I m not sure what the process is called but the lettering will not wash off.
The  lettering reads "MILKOSE BRAND MALTED MILK" See photos # 2 and # 6.
