Vintage Kraft- Phenix Cheese Corp  Old English Cheese Crock

DESCRIPTIONOF THIS ITEM:
Vintage Kraft Phenix (correct spelling) Cheese Corporation, Old English Cheese Crock. Crock is approximately  6" tall with a 6-1/2" diameter. K10604  is engraved into the base. The label has Chicago  as the location of the company. According to company records, Kraft Phenix was formed in 1928 in Chicago, the name was changed to a different name in 1969. At this present date and time, a Kraft-Phenix crock with the original cover and fairly complete label  is extremely hard to come by . Cover is not warped, it fits tight and level. Crock weighs 4.5 pounds.
ACTUAL CONDITION OF THIS ITEM:
This crock and it's cover are structurally sound and complete. No cracks, having only 1 (about 1/8 of an inch in size)
chip located on the downward curve of the cover. See picture 1 and 8. . The base has some tiny flecks from handling, nothing major at all, see picture 9. The label is totally intact with several small spots of wear through. Moreover, there is some staining around the label most likely from the glue or overcoat discoloring over time.

Most of the items I list are in used condition, I earnestly describe each item carefully as to its current condition. Therefore, my descriptions are mundane, speak only to the facts and are without embellishments. I do not in any way harmoniously obscure my description to try to deceive you. My belief is simple, I have a item for sale I am not trying to talk you into buying it.

I use care in packaging your item. To date, I’ve had only 1 damaged item, and 2 lost item claims from 1600+ shipping transactions. Insurance is included on items valued over 0.00. APO and FPO addresses are welcome
I charge the actual shipping cost plus .50 to .00 when necessary to cover materials used in packaging which is included in the shipping price cost. I tend to reuse boxes to save on shipping cost. In some cases, it might not be the best looking package but your items are securely packed and will arrive safely. In most instances I use the United States Postal Service.
