    Description

    Maker and design
    : This magnificent etched purple wine glass is in the rare and beautiful Whisky-Birds of the Wild pattern by Moser, the incomparable Czech company that has produced spectacular works of art in crystal since its inception in 1857.
    "Birds of the Wild" was created in six colors and six patterns. The colors are cobalt blue, chartreuse, amber, cranberry, emerald green and purple. The patterns are pheasant, partridge, wild duck, wild goose, snipe and wood grouse. This glass is the purple version.
    Mark
    : Though it is hard to see, the Moser mark is etched on the base.
    Condition
    : The glass is in fabulous condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, scratches or fogging. It captures the light beautifully, lending even greater depth to the deep purple color.
    The glass is a superb demonstration of the power of a very skilled crystal artisan. And it's important to know that like all Moser products, it is handmade. Even in the same pattern, the glasses are ever-so-slightly different, as you would expect in handmade products.
    Size
    : The glass is 7 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches in diameter at the opening.
