RARE Doris Dawson Alton China Co. Spaghetti Poodle Dog With Puppy Figurine. This is an incredible find!!!! Very collectible and desired  porcelain Spaghetti Poodle and Puppy sitting on pillow figurine. Created by master designer artist Doris Dawson, for Alton Bone
China Co., this piece is whimsical and elegant all at the same time. Figurine is display of larger poodle wearing a pink bow, sitting on an lush blue pillow with a smaller puppy. The body is covered in porcelain seashells and the "spaghetti" hair is a lush mane with a pink bow. All pieces were hand applied by Doris, and she was the master at creating such delicate items. This piece is stamped and signed on bottom of figure, (see pics) This piece is in excellent vintage condition, with no breaks, cracks or chips. There is a noise inside piece which I am assuming is from production. The piece measures 6" tall x 4.75" wide x 3" deep at widest point. This is a very rare find, considering age 50+ years and delicate nature. Perfect for any dog figurine collector or Spaghetti dog fanatic's!!!!
