Rare Antique Wolter Auto Turn Signal Circa 1922

Description

This is a rare piece of automotive history.  It is an after-market turn signal before turn signals were installed.  I found an advertisement in a February 1922 copy of Motor Truck Magazine.  This turn signal attaches to the driver’s side of the truck and when it is extended straight out, it indicates a left-hand turn.  When it is adjusted up,  it indicates a right-hand turn and when adjusted down, indicates stop much like hand signals used by bikers.  All parts seem to be original but could use some restoration.  Made in Everet, Washington.  Please see my other auctions.
