Return Policy

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds can be approved

when the item is returned and in the same condition as sold.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt and be pre-approved by Alpaca-Park-Finds.
We have the right to decline a return/refund if the 30 day period has passed.

: We regret that we cannot refund charges for shipping provided by Canada Post or USPS.
Seller will not be responsible for any damage caused either during or after shipment.
If an item is returned unclaimed or not deliverable, the buyer will be emailed and allowed 7 days to pay additional shipping charges for us to resend the item.
