    center of the plate surrounded by a blue floral print, two mandolin guitars.

    Pennsylvania.  Excellent condition ALMOST MINT
    with gold rim.  Crazing in the glaze, no chips or cracks.  Measures in inches 8" diameter.  This plate is outstanding.
