This is a NOS trunk lock bezel with the plastic tri-shield insert  emblem listed to fit 1973-74 Buick Lesabre models. Please look at the pictures to verify this is what you are after. It has a little bit of shelf wear from missing the original package and a little bubbling in the chrome possibly just a factory flaw.
