It comes with the SoftPay core software/operating system, but the terminal will need to be programmed with a file built specifically for your account from your merchant services account provider. New and comes programmed with a Softpay operating system downloaded, user manual, power cord, power pack, telephone cord, one 2 1/4" X 85' thermal roll, a generic Softpay key overlay and a setup guide. It also comes with the SoftPay core software/operating system, but the terminal will need to be programmed with a file built specifically for your account from your merchant services account provider.
