The separator-cream separator of the RZ-OPS brand is used to separate whole milk into cream and skim milk (return) with simultaneous cleaning from impurities left after milk straining.
Manual drive, without connection to the electrical network. This device can be useful to you both at home and for business.

The drum rotation frequency is 10000 ± 800 rpm at 65-75 crank revolutions per minute. The milk container has a capacity of 5.5 liters.
