    Since I do not know how to read Ladino, here's my guess as to what this poster is all about. It seems to be a request made by the leaders of the Old City of Jerusalem, Ashkenazim and Sefardim, for people to do a "tikkun" in order to bring about the coming of Elijah the prophet who is to be a foretender of the coming of Messiah.
    This poster got the permission of both Askenazim AND Sefardim Rabbi's.
