MILKING YOUR ANIMAL AND REPLICATING THE PULSE WHILE MILKING
1-YOU BRING UP THE VACUUM UNTIL YOU SEE THE MILK FLOW, THEN STOP THE PUMP.
2-AS THE MILK IS FLOWING YOU CONTINUE TO SQUEEZE AND RELEASE THE UDDER AND YOU GENTLY PUSH UP IN THE UDDER SEVERAL TIMES (as the kidd does) WHEN THE FLOW SLOWS YOU RE START THE PUMP AND CONTINUE THIS PROCESS UNTIL MILKING IS COMPLETED AFTER MACHINE MILKING NEVER STRIP THE ANIMAL OF ALL OF HER MILK BY HAND AS THIS WILL GET HER TO HOLD BACK MORE AND MORE MILK
When we manufacture our milkers we use a cement (polyurethane) to attach the nylon hose connectors on the inside of the milker bottle cover to provide a rigid lid and an air tight connection so a powerful vacuum can be obtained. The cement used becomes “inert” and is not porous when it sets up and will not give any odor or contaminate your milk
Yes, polyurethanes are safe.
Polyurethanes are derived from chemicals called diisocyanates and polyols that undergo a reaction to form an inert substance – polyurethane. Substantial research has shown polyurethanes to be safe and inert.
