The Artisan Tops from Gensun are a HPL (High Pressure Laminate) solid core material. They can be used indoor and outdoor in both hospitality and residential applications. They have a high resistance to UV rays, bad weather conditions and heat.

All frame only orders without cushions have a 1-2 week lead time. All made to order items including cushions, slings, and wovens have a 2-3 week production lead time once the order is confirmed. We must be notified of any changes within 48 hours of when the order is placed. Once cushion, sling and woven orders enter production, they cannot be changed or canceled.
No returns are accepted. This is a final sale item with no warranty coverage. In the event of an item arriving damaged, we will, at our option, repair or issue the replacement frame or part in the original style whenever possible or a credit back in the original form of payment if we are unable to replace the item.

FRAME FINISH
All Gensun products go through an 8-step cleaning process and electrostatically applied powder-coat paint system to give you an incredibly durable finish that is scratch resistant, corrosion resistant, capable of withstanding temperature and precipitation variations and easy to clean. Many of our paint finishes also feature a special paint application on top of the powder coat that gives the product an antiqued or stone look. This hand-painted antiquing is baked on for durability and longevity.
CUSHIONS
Gensun's Dry-Luxe cushions are custom made in our California warehouse. They are tailored to our furniture designs and offer incredible comfort. We use the best fill available and only quality made fabrics. Our Dry-Luxe cushions add a water repellent protective liner around the fill. Comfort isn't affected and any fabric can be used with Gensun's Dry-Luxe cushions.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our product offering with all items in new condition and in their original packaging.. Any cushions will be in their respective product boxes.
SHIPPING
We strive to get your item to you as quickly as possible. Standard shipping time for freight items is 1-2 weeks.
We offer complementary freight shipping on all our furniture sets which will be delivered on a pallet curbside. The driver will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to set up an appointment. Assembly is not included.
