    Vintage Fisher Price Yellow Painted Front Legs for Pluto on the Dogcart Donald Pull Toy #149.  1936-37.  Wood.  Not sure on the other arm which no longer has the lithograph paper.  Numerous holes on one side and 3 on the other.  2 5/8" long, 1 1/4" wide at center, 1/2" thick.
