    Description

CZECH / BAVARIAN PERFUME BOTTLE – MILK GLASS CUT TO CRANBERRY WITH FLORAL & GOLD DECO
Included in this auction are one perfume bottle with its stopper that fits – and one other stopper with a larger diameter plug.  This is a gorgeous vintage perfume bottle with a milk glass shell and four “windows” cut out to reveal the cranberry glass underneath the milk glass.  Decorated with a delicate floral design and gold accents.  No makers marks are visible.  NOTE:  There is a small popped bubble on the shoulder of the bottle.  Not easily seen or noticed.  Also what looks like a bit of  "smudging" on the milk glass -- I believe it is flecks of the gold paint. There are some small numbers painted in gold in the neck of the decanter and on the bottom of one stopper.  The stoppers are milk glass cut to clear with a star shape cutting on top.  The stopper that fits this bottle is in good condition.  The other stopper has a flat flake missing from the bottom of the plug.
The perfume bottle stands 6" tall  x  3" wide.

IF THIS AUCTION IS FOR OLDER GLASS:  I will note extreme characteristics and/or damage in the auction description, however please remember ~~ older glass manufactured in the early to mid 1900s has had previous owners and was likely used.  Vintage glass will very likely show characteristics of age and use including base wear, scratches, rubs, etc.  Older glassware is also likely to have characteristics inherent to the manufacturing process of glass back then such as variations in color and finish, mold marks, straw marks, shear marks, crimp marks, bubbles, inclusions, malformations, heat checks, rough seams, spots of excess glass ~~ just to mention a few.  These are not considered to be damage ~~ They are part of the personality of glass of this era and make each piece truly unique.
