Poly cord strapping and metal buckles secure heavy products such as lumber, bricks, stone, or metal. These kits can replenish supplies at work stations and on strapping carts,or can be used independently of carts and workstations. Strapping is wrapped around the bundle and secured tightly with the buckle. Poly cord strapping is made of polyester with embedded cords to provide strength. Metal buckles maintain tension on the strapping.
Poly cord strapping kits include a selection of items that work together to hold, store, transport, tension, and seal poly cord strapping. Poly cord strapping is made of polyester with embedded cords to provide more strength and tear resistance than standard polyester strapping. Similar in strength to steel strapping, poly cord strapping is more flexible for using around edges and irregular shapes, does not scratch or mar surfaces, and is more resistant to shock. It won't rust and withstands temperature changes, rain, snow, and exposure to other elements when used outdoors to secure lumber, bricks, and other heavy loads. Wrap strapping around a box, bundle, or item, pull the strapping tight using a tensioner, then use a sealing tool to secure a seal that ensures strapping does not come loose. Wheeled carts transport and hold all the items necessary to bundle and seal strapping
