    Description

    This is a an interesting plate with an owl holding an 1912 calendar book open. The gold rim shows normal wear. It was a J.L. Broady & Co. in Elliott, La--- no business given. It has a 7 1/2" diameter.
    The plate has an interesting history as it is a ghost town. There was a flood in 1912 and again a few years later. When the Army corp. came in to construct a spillwater, the town was permanently evacuated.
    It is in good used condition. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
