Moser Lidded Perfume Jar
c. 1885
Raise your sights here folks, this is a beautiful example of Moser!
Cranberry and clear glass perfume jar.  This lidded perfume jar was made in a shape that was a popular Daum Nancy shape, but this is clearly decorated Moser (did Moser buy Daum blanks at this time, they didn't make their own glass until the opened their own glass furnace around 1895, so definitely possible).  This lidded perfume jar features an alternating pattern of gold backgrounds decorated with beautiful little flowers, and open cranberry glass panels with decorative motifs.

Condition is good with no chips, cracks repairs, etc. and some minor wear to the gold as shown in the photos.
