2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS

2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS. White. 4 door. 6 speed manual. 105k miles. Has been sitting since the pandemic. Was a solid and reliable car before then. I’m the 2nd owner since 22k miles. Similar cars without issues are going for 13k in today’s market.
The Good: Probably has another 100k+ miles left in her, at least. Manuals are pretty rare nowadays but always fun. Shifts great. Clutch fine. Great gas mileage. Never had a check engine light on. Still registered and insured. There was a windshield chip so windshield was just replaced. Air blows cold. Runs and starts fine. Title in hand. Clutch in great condition.
The Bad: Sounds like exhaust has a hole somewhere toward the back. Missing a driver’s side sun visor. Radio volume knob is pushed in from the dash but you can still the change volume with a finger. Strut coil collapsed in driveway. Both struts replaced but there’s a noise near the front driver’s wheel when driving. Not sure if collapse did anything near the wheel but I’m only letting buyer tow it for safety reasons. Cosmetic body scrapes and cracks. Has never been in a real accident, other than a matrix slow slide into a snowbank with rear bumper (from wife). Hence the bumper cracks. Shortly after that I purchased Michelin Ice X tires and it became great in the snow. Will need rear tires. Fronts look fine. There may be a parasitic draw somewhere, perhaps in driver’s door.
The Ugly: 2 kids grew up in the back seat. Could use a detailing but not that necessary. Still looks pretty good considering. Fabric seats have some water staining. Driver mat does have a hole in it. Low tire indicator stays on even though tire pressure is fine.
Sold as is. Low Reserve! Sad to see it go!
