Presented here is an ORIGINAL and colorful Hebrew lithographic poster, Which was issued in the 1960's by the KKL - JNF (Keren Kayemet Le'Israel - Jewish National Fund).
Since its inception, the celebration and of Sukkot has been of special importance in the JNF's calendar. At the beginning, Sukkot was an opportunity for the JNF to raise donations. Prior to the establishment of the state, the JNF promoted Sukkot events in synagogues around the world, and also during these events raised funds for the redemption of the land and to promote the Zionist enterprise. The JNF's posters were created by the best graphic designers and published for holidays and other significant events in the Hebrew calendar.
